Whitesmoke 
Looks like this nasty little Trojan came aboard with Whitesmoke Translator (which I never asked to have downloaded/installed). Avast Free and Malwarebytes can’t touch it. System Restore does not help.

Do not give up microsoft security essentials may remove it. If not windows live one care mostly will as it will clean the register. All free from microsoft.
